Delphine Carlile

I was born and raised in Paris, France. I first came to Denver two decades ago as an Exchange Student and fell in love with Colorado. Since then, I have lived in Denver, Englewood, Glendale, Northglenn, and Broomfield, before settling in Bradburn Village in Westminster with my husband, Brett, and our two sons, Mason and Ewan. As a non-native, I feel immensely fortunate to have landed in such an amazing state and community.

Though I wasn’t always a REALTOR®, I have had a passion for real estate from the beginning. Friends and family would reach out to me in their relocation searches before I was ever licensed to do it officially, which would continue firing up this passion. I have spent much of my professional career working in consulting. My background not only enables me to ask the right questions to understand my client's needs and wants but also to clearly explain the financials involved while advocating on my client’s behalf through tactful negotiation. My priority is to partner with my clients to accomplish their homeownership dreams.

In my free time, I love to bake, read, travel, hike, ride bikes, watch movies and listen to music. My happy place is with my family and friends from around the world, sharing food, having lively discussions, and also playing a few games. I’m also very connected with the local French community.
